The first time l ordered the gel about 2 years ago it was excellent.
Sadly the new form is only average and doesn’t give the same pain relief as the first.
Please bring back the original as the price is now is far too high for something that doesn’t work.

I have been an advide CoreSoothe user for many years (osteoarthritis in both knees) and found it worked extremely well. So much so I recommend to family and friends. The product was out off stock for months and when it came back into stock I bought 4 bottles. Unfortunately what I assumed was new repackaging was not the case it's a totally different product. The original was a cream which was extremely effective for me, unfortunately the new one is a gel.... it still works but not as quickly or for as long 😔😔.... PLEASE bring back the original cream 🙏

Not quite what I thought

I find this cream/gel very helpful for getting a night's sleep and have lent it to others who are equally impressed.

Love this product and it generally does give relief for some hours. Sadly this product was unavailable for some time and now the new one is not as good as the previous. It is now a gel rather than a cream.I do prefer the original version but would recommend and buy it again anyway.
You have to keep looking to get the best price which can be extremely inflated.
